How did BankBook start?

BankBook was originally created to give employers the opportunity of temporarily exchanging its employees amongst themselves. This gives employees a period in a different working environment where new knowledge and skills can be gained. The temporary employer gains knowledge, experience and a fresh perspective from outside and the employer can better handle the ebb and flow of the workload.

The idea arose from borrowing and lending in the financial sector. This is still possible on our platform. Employers can nominate employees for this. This can be especially interesting for employers who are reorganizing and have an outplacement route ahead. Your employees can already start elsewhere maintaining their salary and possibly starting an internship at a potential new employer. More often our clients who are exclusively in the financial sector began requesting an online platform specifically for the sector. Employers can post their vacancies free of charge and candidates have free access to the vacancies in their sector.

Soon it will also be possible to invite people to join communities, to manage their own talent pools, with one press of a button to apply for a position or invite applications from candidates. Candidates can be selected on the basis of both knowledge and experience as well as competencies.
